Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling customer meetings for the sales team
- Conducting vehicle handovers with clients
- Explaining the contracts and service offering to new customers at handover.
- Conducting Vehicle inspections
- Taking customers on test drives
- Supporting sales and fleet teams with call overflow and customer enquiries.
- Assist with operational movements (deliveries/ pickups) where required.
- Working Saturdays where required.
Customer Experience
- Translate technical / industry jargon into easily understood information for clients on TradieSpec service range.
- Provide information to prospective customers about the unique benefits of the TradieSpec Service offering.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Gain feedback and customer testimonials to continually improve our processes.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer service role.
- Excellent in building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Proficient in computer software platforms especially Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot).
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Highly organised and accurate.
- Ability to follow established industry and Tradie Spec procedures and practices.
- Good level of Business acumen based on the Tradie Spec values, Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Determination, Integrity, Efficiency.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and reliability.
