The role will include answering inbound phone calls on a national helpline for around 3 hours per day, and entering application data into the organisation's case management system with a high level of accuracy. Duties will also include;
Use case management systems with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to maintain accurate records.
Respond to written, in person and phone enquiries with a strong client service focus.
Provide high quality and consistent services to clients in accordance with established procedures, ensuring clients receive complete, timely and accurate information on their case.
Performing early case management for a range of applications, managing and actioning client correspondence, scheduling proceedings and data entry.
Work individually and with team members to achieve best performance and deliver results within deadlines.
Collaborate with teams across the Client Services Delivery Branch to ensure quality client service and to deliver on Branch objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar data entry/admin role/case management role (essential)
Experience in customer service or call centre
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
Demonstrated in previous roles high attention to detail and accuracy
