Our National Client offers simplified employee management services including salary packaging, novated leasing and fleet management with a commitment to service excellence, employee engagement and innovation.  Today they are seeking to appoint a Strategic Client Success Manager/ Executive BDM to leverage off their NSW government portfolio development expertise and take full accountability for identifying and nurturing executive government relationships across this high-profile NSW Health portfolio.
 
Reporting to the General Manager Client Success, as the Strategic Client Success Manager/ Executive BDM, you will play a business-critical lead role in the growth and further embedding of our clients salary packaging, novated leasing and fleet management solutions across this high-profile and complex NSW Health contract.  Tasked with the identification and engagement of Ministers, executive level key influencers and decision makers, and operating as an advocate for our client, your success will be reflected through NPS, solution utilisation and revenue results. (Typically, customer experience, new business and client retention targets being achieved).   
 
This is a will be an extremely fast paced environment, and one that will require you to leverage off your well-established NSW Government networks (ideally Health), exceptional planning, customer relationship engagement and management skills, coupled with your project management expertise.
 
What you will bring:

  • A track record of success as a Senior Client Success Manager/BDM, responsible for retaining line of sight over both CX and solution utilisation across a complex organisation in a B2B2C sales, business development or customer/client services environment
  • An operational orientation, ideally having run an ERP for NSW Health
  • Demonstrated experience in the account development of an NSW Government Agency account
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of strategic and tactical account management planning, including detailed account mapping, identifying new opportunities and problem solving
  • Demonstrated high level of customer centricity
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management (internally and externally) up to CSuite/Minister level
  • Demonstrated resilience and optimism
  • Change agility with a high-level planning and organising skills
  • Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A team orientation, with an ability to work autonomously
  • C suite influencing & contract negotiation exp along with excellent problem-solving skills are a must
  • Demonstrated exp working strategically with clients to drive business and revenue growth whilst retaining a line of sight on the delivery of the highest standard of client satisfaction
  • Evidenced based decision making – highly developed analytical skills to identify trends encompassing both risks and opportunities
  • An understanding of salary packaging and novated leasing is advantageous but by no means essential
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop long term strategic, trusted advisor relationships & mutually beneficial partnerships across NSW Health Department / NSW Government in a B2B2C environment
  • Build, develop, strengthen, maintain and expand strong executive & cross functional client relationships across this complex portfolio to maximise on B2B2C promotion and therefore take-up of our client’s salary packaging, novated leasing, and fleet management solutions
  • Oversee all aspects of your client’s account management program, including full stakeholder mapping and the development of top-down growth strategies and plans, incorporating client goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with peers as you take on and develop this new role, operating as a lead point of contact for new business, beit within the existing contract and potentially beyond
  • Effective partnering with internal stakeholders, (eg Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Client Success) developing and implementing marketing and operational initiatives to nurture and grow your portfolio, ensuring the right media messaging with political consideration is designed and executed
  • Managing compliance of client contracts and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise revenue opps.
  • Working in collaboration with other key stakeholders of this complex portfolio, your role is to be forward looking. So, when hurdles are identified, the problem is handed to the Snr Client Success Manager to solve working in collaboration with you, enabling you to remain forward looking whilst retaining line of sight of the issue and solution to support your nurturing of customer relationships, positioning you very much as a safe pair of hands “who gets stuff done”
  • Acquire/maintain a thorough & current understanding of your clients’ needs/requirements to ensure contract continues to meet their needs and opportunities are maximised on
  • Utilising data and insights to identify opps for growth within your customer and then defining and agreeing targets, deliverables and success measures, documented in an action plan.
  • Clearly and regularly tracking and communicating the progress and success of your client plans and strategic initiatives
  • Actively role modelling our client's values and behaviours (accountability, care and team)
