The Client Success team works closely with our clients across the region, including identifying and understanding business goals, coaching, and consulting clients the way they think about social media, online editorial, print, and other types of data, on what the media monitoring and analysis goals should be and how to achieve them.We are aiming to turn external data into credible insights that are used to measure organizational performance, track competitor and industry development, manage PR crises and leverage innovative opportunities for our clients by using Meltwater solutions. We are a team of senior leaders across the business who are proud to be our clients trusted business partner.As a Client Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of the media intelligence space by driving strategy and widespread product adoption among a small portfolio of our high yield and high potential clients. You will challenge existing norms within our industry and act not only as an expert in Meltwater's product set, but as an extension of our clients communication and marketing teams. You will be a part of Meltwater's growing account management team, a group of our most highly skilled and most engaging employees.What you will be doing?

  • Be the point of contact in all matters relating to clients queries and needs while
building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct client business reviews to track the health of your accounts, while listening
to customer feedback and proactively discovering areas of improvement
  • Take ownership of monthly churn / retention and growth targets for your specific
client accounts
  • Proactively identify issues that may impact a renewal and engage all available
resources to resolve any knots.
  • Track clients usage of and activity level on our platforms to monitor the health / risk
status of your accounts.What we would like to see from you
  • University Degree of any disciplines with strong academic results
  • 1-3 years of consultative sales, account management or relevance experience (key account management preferred) in SaaS, social media, digital marketing, PR/marketing agencies industry.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to develop strong relationship at operational and executive levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with superior customer-service oriented skills is a big plus.
  • A passion for consultative selling, business development and entrepreneurship
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Positive, target driven, initiative-taker with natural leadership qualities.
  • Proven ability to exceed expectations or targets at work.
  • Coachability, openness to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement
