Working with the Head of Partnerships and Business Development, as the Spawtz Partner Success Executive, you will be responsible for our software partners interactions with the Spawtz platform, and ensuring they get the full value from it to help operate and grow their business.
You will develop an in-depth understanding of the platform and be able to come up with solutions to address our partners challenges and be proactive with your approach providing seamless customer experience journeys. You will enjoy developing strong partnerships and talking to people on the phone. You will be involved in training, onboarding and usage, promoting customer retention and loyalty.
What you will do:
- Be the focal point for the successful day to day management of existing commercial partners. Build great and long-lasting relationships with our partners.
- Ensure our Partners realise and understand the full value of Spawtz
- Drive product adoption and ongoing usage of Spawtz, while promoting customer satisfaction and advocacy
- Provide Level 1 customer support
- Understand our partner’s needs, helping them see the benefits to their business and their customers experience
- Design and facilitate learning solutions (online) to new and existing clients
- Generate and share educational resources and best practices with customers and end users
- Train and educate users on Spawtz functionality via online meetings
What you will need to succeed in the role:

- Identifying new opportunities from existing accounts
- SaaS / Tech experience/ understanding & interest
