To succeed at Smartgroup, you should not settle for the status quo but instead strive for excellence. You should possess a passion for managing a portfolio of Executive Clients across different brands.
- You should demonstrate strong background in working in an account management role in a B2B environment where you have successfully developed and implemented strategic plans.
- You must possess the ability to build and nurture sustainable relationships with key stakeholders (both internally and externally) and collaborate with clients to establish success metrics for programs.
- You should have experience in conducting client reviews, utilising data, and client/customer insights to support analysis and recommendations.
- You should derive satisfaction from identifying potential cross-sell opportunities and contributing to business development.
- You should hold a driving license and have access to a car.
- This role can be in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane.
