Clinical Analysis and Performance Manager / Permanent full-time / 76 hours p.f.
The Clinical Analysis and Performance Manager will develop in collaboration with the Service Group Director strategic and operational outcomes by providing service-focused performance data and analysis and driving improvement projects. They will Establish and maintain processes to improve and maintain quality of activity and performance data, Coordinate performance reporting within the Service Group and support Surgical Service Group directors in the development of concept briefs, business cases, improvement projects, project plans and project monitoring.
Generous remuneration package value up to $133,138 p.a. comprising:
- Salary range of $108,936 to $116,690 p.a. (AO6)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
About the role
- Provide performance reporting and detailed administrative analysis of indicators of SSG clinical activity to assist in reporting against service agreements, state and national agreements (National Emergency Access Target, Elective Surgery Planning and Surgical Outpatient Action Plan).
- Highlight and investigate indicators of activity variance to inform decision-making by SSG Executive and to assist in the development of submissions for new initiatives.
- Ensure the impacts of any proposed change initiatives are proactively understood and the team is ready to provide services in a timely and correct manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the clinical environment, state and national developments as well as local policy, directives and initiatives in health information, activity-based funding and clinical benchmarking.
- It is a mandatory requirement to be and to remain vaccinated against COVID-19.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
