Utilising our established clinics throughout metro Western Australia, the REDiMED team is able to offer the skills and services of expert, Surgeons, General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Medico-Legal Advisors and an all-inclusive Clerical Medical Support Team.
We currently have a PT and/or FT vacancy for Clinical Assistant to join our skin cancer services, known as Mole Patrol.
The role of Clinical Assistant – Skin Cancer will be based across multiple locations including Joondalup, Nedlands, Perth CBD, Belmont with travel to our corporate client sites required.

Duties include:
- Assisting in the daily running of our Skin Cancer Clinic with our General Practitioners
- Assisting the Doctors, Nursing and Administrative team with day to day operational duties
- Chaperoning with the doctor for skin checks
- Monitoring emails and answering phone calls
- Booking in patents for their appointments
- Actioning billing and taking payments
- Cleaning and restocking consult rooms
- Stock Monitoring and Ordering
- Assisting with results management
- Monthly auditing and involvement in quality improvement activities.
- Opportunity to assist at onsite skin clinics within the metro region for our corporate clients.
We'd love if you had:
- Working knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS claiming.
- Experience with Genie Practice Management Software. (not essential)
- Previous medical administration or customer service experience
