Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing reception and administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
