Salary Our client is a Not-for-profit organisation located in the beautiful coastal town of Warrnambool Victoria, 1 hour from the 12 Apostles. They compassionately inspire and support their elderly to live hopeful, connected lives within their inclusive residential homes.
Due to the national growth of Aged Care, in partnership with Randstad Health & Social Care they are hiring a Clinical Care Coordinator to join this 120 bed residential facility.
What you will receive from your new employer:
Attractive salary between $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus super
Internal support and training up-skill with learning hubs and staff specific care training
Salary packaging up to $15,999
Supportive and inclusive team culture
Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation up to 1 month on a case by case basis
Key selection criteria:
Requiring a minimum of 5 years experience in Aged Care Nursing
Sound knowledge of after hours coordination
Covid vaccinated and Influenza
Australian working rights
NDIS workers screening clearance (must be applied for at latest prior to starting employment)
Current police check
AHPRA registration
