About YOUR new job:
As the Commercial Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team, your duties will include;
- Create and maintain Infrastructure pricing financial model with input from the CFO
- Bid/No Bid process with input from stakeholders based on investment hurdles and opportunity-specific requirements
- Lead the proposal process, including the preparation of bids and proposal pricing.
- Input in Investment Papers in conjunction with the Origination Director
- Communication and presentations with clients to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pricing and proposal process.
- Creation of financial models such as IRR to assist with investment decision-making
- Performing such other duties as reasonably determined by the EGM from time to time.
- Conduct regular pipeline meetings (attendees EGM, Origination Director) and follow up with clients as required
Must have a proven track record of successfully operating as a Commercial Director or Manager with experience in a similar role in the infrastructure or Energy sector.
Alternatively, you will be making a first move out of the Big 4 CA firms as an Associate Director or Senior Manager (corporate finance, management consulting, M&A) with strong financial modeling skills.
Additionally, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate decision-making, and influence and build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
