Clinical Care Specialist | Aged Care | Hunter Area

The Role:
Supervise the Clinical Care of all residents, alongside the senior management team. Lead the Registered Nurse and Care team of this well staffed Aged Care facility.
You will ensure optimal quality of Clinical Care is provided. Liaise and communicate with families, allied health teams, and all other third parties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Must have excellent Clinical knowledge
• An understanding of care plans and assessments
• Looking for someone who willing to work FT hours & flexible with days
