AddressAn attractive opportunity is available for a highly experienced Residential Aged Care manager looking for a challenge. A significant, Faith Based Aged Care provider requires a competent manager with a successful track record to run a medium sized home in the Bankstown area.
The Role
We seek a dedicated leader who is passionate about providing the best possible care to the residents to empower the care staff and their abilities, and to look after all operations of the home. You will be joined by a Care Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator to assist with the Clinical Management of residents.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Successful Aged Care Facility Management experience.
- Experience reporting to a Board of Directors.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care standards & funding drivers.
- Excellent organisation skills and Strong business acumen.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to coach & mentor.
- A passion for Aged Care and the desire to immerse yourself in every facet of the site's operations.
- A stable employment track record.
- To $220,000 Base + Super + Salary Packaging (Negotiable)
