The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in Cardiology, specifically Cath Labs (Catheterization) & Echocardiography (Ultrasound), i.e., Cardiac Imaging.
Essential skills and experience include:
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in Cardiology, Cardiac catheterization, Echocardiography, or radiography environment
- Solid computer literacy with 5 years of experience in IT and Project Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with sound verbal and written English High level of initiative and good problem-solving aptitude.
- Goal and results-oriented, with the ability to work unsupervised.
Key responsibilities entail:
- Identifying and cultivating new business prospects while promptly addressing sales inquiries.
- Organizing and participating in sales meetings, assessing client needs, and presenting tailored software solutions.
- Providing comprehensive application training and support to clients.
- Nurturing strong relationships with existing customers to uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
- Collaborating on troubleshooting and ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
- Proficiently analyzing customer workflows and technical requirements, producing necessary documentation and specifications.
- Crafting global work plans and schedules, with meticulous attention to training schedules and assignment details.
- Conducting product demonstrations, including participation in conferences and trade shows.
- Conducting internal software testing and coordinating with service and software teams for product deployment.
- Actively monitoring project progress and delivering regular status updates. Maintaining thorough project documentation to meet organizational standards. Furthermore, this role offers the potential for expanded responsibilities, including project management and business development initiatives."
