THE ROLE:
Our client is a leading Not For Profit across the welfare remit. They Provide both high & low care and their residential facilities offer a range of services. Within this position, you will support a care team and work across an 80 bed / 170 bed facility or across both.
The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Conducting nursing assessments for individuals and groups, and formulating care plans that provide optimal quality of life for the residents
Coordinating and monitoring the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes, liaising with the broader team on care needs
Providing leadership and support to team members, assisting with orientation of new members, identifying learning needs and providing training and development.
Criteria
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Experience with Aged Care electronic care systems
Sound understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation standards and AN-ACC processes
Experience working with older people and their families or representatives
