Our Opportunity
Canberra City Health Network now have a rare opportunity for a Clinical Lead (Physiotherapist or Osteopath) to join our team. This is a unique role for an experienced Clinician driven to make a difference in a multi-modality allied health environment. This full time (or significant part time) role will be based at our Casey practice and work across two Canberra locations to lead our Allied Health team and support the development of our current allied health services. This position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to take their career to the next level with the benefit of extensive support office resources within a national allied health business. Our opportunity provides sign on and retention bonuses, base remuneration plus commission and opportunity to work alongside our knowledgeable allied health clinicians and business leaders as part of a broader network.
About you
To be an ideal fit for this role you will have:
- Degree in Osteopathy and registration with AHPRA
- Good relationship building capacity with a friendly approach to both patients and staff
- Time management skills with the ability to manage a diverse case mix
- Previous leadership experience with the ability to effectively lead a team in an approachable and professional manner
- A desire to make a difference within your team, industry and local community
- Medicare Provider Number and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Rights to work in Australia with Australian practicing experience
