About the Role
HOPE Clinical Leads will provide Clinical Leadership to the HOPE multi-disciplinary team to promote high-quality and safe mental health care in line with contemporary/ best practices. HOPE Program has been developed to provide assertive clinical aftercare for consumers of post-suicide attempt; or who are experiencing serious suicidal ideation. Tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of the individuals, HOPE Clinicians will provide intensive, person-centered clinical care for up to 12 weeks to support consumers and their chosen support/families/carer(s) to identify and build protective factors to help reduce the risk of a further suicide attempt or experience of suicidal ideation. Engagement will take place via both outreach & clinic-based therapeutic interventions. This position is open to suitably qualified RPN's, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Psychologists.
