Clinical Manager

This resident centred standalone aged care facility is seeking a strong clinician who is confident at leading a team to ensure the best quality of care is delivered to its residents.
As the clinical leader of the home, reporting into the CEO, you have the chance to further develop your clinical and leadership skills broadening your management capabilities.
This 75-bed home provides a robust structure and framework; you will be supported with:
- Highly respected clinical governance manager
- Educator 3 days per week
- Documentation RN
- HR 5 days a week
- Rostering and payroll 5 days a week
- RN's & CSE's
Key Responsibilities:

• Through clinical leadership - foster a culture that reflects organisational values.
• Ensure the delivery of quality care - continually assessing residents' needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance their quality of life.
• Responsible for providing strategic and clinical leadership to team.
• Actively developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relations and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for residents.
• Ensure the delivery of quality care - continually assessing residents' needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance their quality of life.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• At least 3 years in a similar management position.
• Client focused and proactive approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Confident at leading, directing, motivating teams to achieve organisational goals.
