ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining the team as a Clinical Services Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the 3 Theatres specialising in Plastics, Ocular-plastics, Orthopaedics (feet, hands, and shoulders), ENT and Dental surgery.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will work with and support nursing staff in achieving excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will supervise, lead, direct, and motivate staff to achieve outcomes with the ability to manage financial and human resources.
REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration;
- At least 5 years of post-registration experience in Perioperative services;
- Strong leadership skills and confident in delegating duties;
- Experience in managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering, and performance management;
- Ability to ensure excellence in customer service and a team approach;
- Ability to review and implement continuous improvement programs;
- Post-graduate studies in the area of specialty or management qualifications will be highly regarded.
