We love what we do at Gold Coast Private Hospital. Our purpose-built facility incorporates four theatres with two procedure rooms, a 17-bay recovery area and a 23-chair discharge lounge.
Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced day surgery nurse with previous experience across all areas and procedures. You will bring a strong clinical skillset from an acute hospital setting and have an interest in mentoring staff.
· Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
· 3 years minimum relevant experience in a day surgery
· Clinical leadership ( Acting ) will be highly regarded.
· Relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications
· The desire and ability to mentor staff and the ability to work within a diverse team.
· Excellent communication and advanced interpersonal skills.
· Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
