You will be accountable for the provision of safe, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating effectively to deliver exceptional person-centred care. You’ll demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care through exceptional communication, customer service skills and an ability to work effectively within a team.
What makes a difference for us?
- Minimum 3 years' post graduate wound care experience
- Post graduate qualification or working towards a post graduate qualification in stomal therapy and wound care desirable
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and adapt to change
- Current Registration with AHPRA / Full Australian Working Entitlement
- Ability to work flexible rotating roster
