Join our Rehabilitation Department as a skilled RN and provide outstanding and specialised care. Perfect chance to enhance clinical leadership and to lead frontline team.

This position entails:

• Being a professional resource with broad patient care knowledge
• Supervising and supporting unit staff
• Engaging in Quality Improvement Programs aligned with organisational and departmental goals.  

About You

Success in this role demands a positive team player with strong clinical and interpersonal skills. You will handle daily operations, problem-solving, fostering a supportive culture and offering specialised advice. Excellent time management and clinical problem-solving skills are crucial for success.

You will also demonstrate:

• Current AHPRA registration
• A minimum of 3 years post registration experience, including 1 years’ experience in Rehabilitation.
• Ability to work well in a health-care team, and positively influence the performance of other staff
• Previous leadership and management experience.

Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.   

Remuneration: $101,393.65 - $107,728.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
