  • Remuneration: $49.20 - $52.72 p/h + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in Buderim Private Hospital

As part of our Medical team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.

What makes a difference for us?

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in acute medical
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load
Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements

Selection Criteria Essential: Are you currently AHPRA registered?
Essential: Do you have at least 2 years' experience in the area of clinical specialty you are applying for?
Essential: Flexibility to work a 24/7 fortnightly, rotating roster?
