Clinical Nurse Gynaecology
Permanent Part-Time (minimum 60hours) or Full time
Bethesda Health Care is excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional to our esteemed Perioperative Services Department. Our state-of-the-art theatres and welcoming work environment reflect our commitment to exceptional healthcare.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our supportive team. In this hands-on role, you will work in one of our nine theatres, focusing on gynaecological procedures. You will also guide and mentor other registered nurses, enhancing their expertise within this specialty and contributing to the overall perioperative management in theatre.
What You'll Bring:
- Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration
- Current Police Check (no more than six months old) and Working with Children Check
- Minimum 3 years of theatre experience in gynaecology (fertility experience desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge as a resource referral for staff
- Ability to demonstrate current best practice in nursing by ACORN Standards
- Strong teamwork skills with well-developed written and verbal communication, organisation, and time management abilities
- A commitment to continuous professional development
What Would Be Great to Have:
- Qualifications in the perioperative area
- Knowledge of National Standards and their application in the perioperative area
- Proven skills in planning, policy, and financial management
