Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Clinical assessmentsLiaising and collaborating with multidisciplinary team membersWound managementMonitoring the progress of client’s goals, needs and preferences in collaboration with the Support at Home CoordinatorManaging clinical incidentsAny other duties as required within scope of practiceAbout you..The ideal candidate will be an Clinical/Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care or a similar industry. You will have highly developed clinical and critical thinking skills to efficiently coordinate and deliver clinical support, guidance and care as required in collaboration with the client, their families and other health professionals.
