We are seeking to fill two Clinical Manager positions.
This position will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, engaging employees to provide our residents with person centred care of the highest quality, whilst empowering continuous improvement and meeting legislative, regulatory and policy requirements.

To be successful you will have:
- Right to work in Australia
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualifications and/or relevant experience in aged care will be highly regarded.
Key tasks:
- Monitor and ensure accurate and timely documentation and reports are completed as required by legislation and standards.
- Lead a culture that engages employees through communication, recognition and collaboration.
- Conducting client care assessments and care planning.
- Support the AN-ACC assessment submission and claiming process.
- Actively participate in quality activities that ensure the provision of excellent resident outcomes including compliance and accreditation standards.
- Co-ordinate the site clinical and care workforce management, to ensure the site is appropriately resourced to deliver high quality care that is individually focused.
- Drive a customer focused approach across all areas of the business through leadership and role modelling.
- Ensure processes are in place for work to be carried in a safe manner.
