Grand Pacific Health is looking for a Clinical Practice Lead that will play an integral role in supporting our mental health programs in the Murrumbidgee region, including the establishment of two new Head to Health services in Wagga Wagga and Young. The ideal candidate will be someone with experience delivering clinical and/or psychosocial supports and has experience and interest in providing clinical support and guidance to a multidisciplinary team.

About the position
The Clinical Practice Lead will work collaboratively with the Manager-Murrumbidgee, Service Manager, other Clinical Practice Leads, the Peer Work Coordinator and mental health staff as well as external stakeholders to contribute to the development of person-centred, recovery focused, evidence-based and innovative clinical and psychosocial services that achieve high quality outcomes for consumers and their families and carers.
This position is full time opportunity, fixed term until 30 June 2026 with possibility for extension. As a full-time position you have the option to enjoy a rostered day off each month.

We are looking for someone with:
- Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker
- Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, recovery-oriented, evidence-based therapeutic services
- Demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team in health, mental health or community services
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and consultation skills
