Clinical Psychologist | Affluent Area | Contractor Role

Our client has been established for over three years and has a well-respected standing in the affluent region of Sydney. The current team consists of six dedicated psychologists catering to a demographic primarily aged between 20-50 years.

The busy clinic with a current waiting list, ensures a constant stream of work for a new clinician to come on board. Common presentations catered to include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, stress and Men’s mental health. The clinic promotes a strong team culture with monthly supervision sessions, guest speaker events, and team-building exercises. Full administrative support is provided from Monday to Friday within regular business hours.

The Clinical Psychologist role involves working with a diverse clientele presenting various emotional, mental and behavioural disorders. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to arrange their working hours, with the expectation of managing at least six clients per day.

You will join an incredible team of experienced psychologists in providing effective treatment plans for clients, helping them to successfully manage their conditions and improve their mental well-being. A strong team player who values collaborative practice and building client relationships would be the perfect fit for this rewarding role.

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology
• AHPRA registration
• Full/Associate member of the APS
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• WorkCover approved (or willing to become WorkCover approved)
• Eligible to obtain Medicare provider numbers
