THE ROLE
As a Paediatric Clinical Rehabilitation Case Manager, you will work remotely from home with the ability to be mobile across the greater Sydney area. You will advise and assist children, their families and allied health teams throughout the rehabilitation process and ensure you understand, interpret and demystify the requirements and expectations in all aspects across this process. You will work with CTP insurance schemes to assess, plan and implement relevant programmes, ensuring every case makes progress toward optimal recovery.
THE ESSENTIALS
- Science degree in Allied Health and registration with the relevant governing body
- At least 5 years of clinical experience to meet legislation requirements for approval by lifetime care and support
- Proven experience involving caseloads of severe injuries AND/OR complex disabilities
- Paediatric therapy provision experience
- WWCC
- Police Check
- Clean, current drivers license and reliable vehicle
