As the Clinical Trial Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to lead the pipeline of current and future Clinical Trials as new novel products are developed. Each day will require your oversight and management to ensure trial sites and relevant guidelines are met to achieve key milestones. You will work closely with Clinical Research Organisations to help initiate, deliver and monitor the clients Clinical Trial program.

This role is ideally based in Brisbane with relocation support on offer, however there is potential for regular travel to Brisbane if you cannot relocate.
Key tasks of this role include:
- Manage all aspects of Clinical Trials locally, nationally and globally
- CRO management
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at Clinical Trial sites
- Ensure reporting, compliance and safety regulations and guidelines are met.
Our ideal candidate is a rockstar, a team player who has an inherent understanding of the mechanics of a Clinical Trial within the oncology or radiopharmaceutical space. Whether you have 2 years or 20 years of experience, this position will be shaped around your capability and expertise. We are looking for someone who LOVES leading life-changing Clinical Trials, especially early phase 1 trials, and is driven to contribute to this exciting growth phase. You must have an understanding of what it takes to bring new cancer treatments to the clinic to ensure commercial success.
Other key requirements of this role include:
- A tertiary qualification in Science, Medicine or similar
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role managing Clinical Trials
- Experience in oncology and/or radiopharmaceuticals, particularly Phase I trials
- A thorough understanding of Phase I to IV Clinical Trials
- A willingness to travel interstate and internationally
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and guide internal and external stakeholders
