Clinical Trials Nurse - Nephrology

- Work within a collaborative and dynamic multidisciplinary team, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients with kidney disease.
- Oversee the day-to-day organisation of a range of Nephrology Clinical Trials
- Part time, 4 days a week, 12 month fixed term role with potential for extension
Your new role:
- Screen and recruit participants for Nephrology Clinical Trials, as well as collate and analyse data as required.
- Assist other clinical research staff in the successful coordination of Clinical Trials, including efficiently facilitating patient visits and admissions, arranging blood tests and other necessary investigations as per trial protocols.
- Conduct clinical research in accordance with TGA, ICH, GCP and the NHMRC National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Research Involving Humans
- You hold APRAH registration as a Registered Nurse and have 12-months experience in Nephrology nursing or a minimum 4 years post registration.
- You are patient-centred and able to provide a flexible approach to meet the requirements of the research protocols and recruitment.
- You enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and have effective communication skills and a passion for research.
- You have an understanding of Human Research Ethics Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice.
- You will be working in a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team environment committed to research.
