A hugely successful Cancer Trials Group with a broad portfolio and multiple trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas has an opening for a Clinical Trials Operations Manager, a key position in their leadership group.
This role is for an NFP, a leading cancer trials groups that brings together all the professional disciplines and groups involved in prostate and urogenital cancer research.
As a Clinical Trial Operations Manager, you will be directly reporting to the CEO. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of Research program and developing large budgets and formal research concept proposal documentation in consultation with the trials team, CEO, Chair and Research Leads.
You will be "hands on" in terms of managing the clinical trials portfolio as well as being in the leadership role of managing and coordinating the Trials Team - 2 Project Managers, and a Clinical Trial Assistant to provide support, mentoring and training as required.
To be a successful candidate:
Experience as a Trial Manager/Project Manager from an academic setting
Experience in successfully managing a small team
Experience in developing clinical trial budgets and overseeing site contracts and payments
Experience in working on Investigator Led research (preferential)
Been involved in developing protocols, eCRFs, essential documents, and drafting SOPs
