Responsibilities:
As a Cloud Enterprise Architect, you will:
  • Responsible for establishing strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with our customers, working with our local/global teams to implement the right solution for our customers enabling their successful adoption of our products and services.
  • Inspire the client to see the journey ahead of them and while they may only look to implement a part of the winning solution, you will help the team establish a pathway to expand on a client's Oracle footprint.
  • Bring in strong domain knowledge in finance and Fusion ERP. A critical part of the role will involve leading the entire Oracle solution aspect of delivery of the implementations to ensure the customer's business needs are addressed and benefits are realised.
  • Bring high levels of energy and creativity to come up with the best solution for a client and communicate these ideas to the team.
  • Present and inspire the client to see the vision you are putting forward. You have done this before in prior roles, ideally with Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Able to operate independently to provide quality work products, perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgement in order to deliver Customer advocacy.

We also look for:
  • An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding and experience of Fusion ERP (Finance background favorable) - TOGAF certified
  • Understand standard methodologies and processes across business domains
  • Understand how technology can drive ground-breaking change
  • Able to influence CXO executives
  • Experience in implementing Oracle solutions
  • Understand IaaS, PaaS and SaaS to be able to design and architect robust and fit-for-purpose systems for our customers
  • Drive customer advocacy through delivering solution delight
  • A true standout colleague internally and externally
  • Ability to lead solution design through process driven outcomes
  • Leading teams of architects to deliver solution outcomes
  • 10+ years working in key roles driving business transformation projects as an Enterprise Architect
  • Superb communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, Technology across Platform & Infrastructure, On-premise, Hybrid & Cloud
  • Platform: integration, process, APIs, security, analytics, user experience, content, database
  • Tertiary Qualifications
  • Domain expertise in a particular industry (eg. Financial services) and/or qualifications related to that industry domain
  • Infrastructure: public, private & hybrid cloud deployments with experience of moving On-premise workloads to Cloud required; networking, storage, compute
  • Strong demonstrable knowledge and experience in TOGAF or similar
  • Able to communicate & discuss solutions with customers around
  • Evolving & new technologies, across the Oracle Technology stack
  • IaaS, PaaS and SaaS technology expertise
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Australian resident or citizen
  • 15+ years in working on ERP cloud implementations with Oracle Fusion
  • Technology experience working with IaaS and PaaS
  • Experience with Customer Experience systems
  • Business Process / Transformation consulting experience
  • Oracle product implementation experience across ERP/M, HCM & CX/M on SaaS
