We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Club Supervisor to assist in leading of our fantastic Food & Beverage team at our RAAFA Club located on the RAAFA Estate Meadow Springs near Mandurah. The RAAFA Club is the heartbeat of the estate and is a vibrant facility that boasts contemporary function rooms, meeting spaces and a casual, friendly, dining experience for members and their guests. This role will see you assist in leading a small team of hospitality professionals in providing an excellet service to our many residents and guests.

The role and you:
You will oversee the day to day operations of the Club, including timesheets, staff performance, annual leave, and OSH Regulations;
Book, supervise and coordinate all functions for the club;
Collaborate with Food & Beverage Manager on menus and costings of functions;
Maintain, control and rotate bar and equipment stocks;
Rostering of Club staff to maintain high levels of customer service within budgetary guidelines;
Manage and resolve any complaints from patrons and suppliers;
Working knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) guidelines and regulations;
Demonstrable experience in a similar role;
Being hands on during service, setting an example of the level of customer service required;
You will have your Approved Managers Card and a valid RSA.
What you need to do:
Have significant hospitality experience;
Have a valid "C" Class Drivers Licence;
Update your resume;
Be eligible to work in Australia;
Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;
Be up to date with your COVID 19 and flu vaccinations;
