A successful Engineering company based in the South East suburbs that specialises in machining and manufacturing components for the motorsport industry both locally and worldwide needs an additional tradesperson.
The business has expanded over the last few years and staff seems to stay put. They have a perm position available now for a CNC Lathe machinist programmer.
This is a new position that will involve various tasks. It is necessary to be flexible with skills and be willing to move around the section to keep up with demand. Everyone within the workshop works as a team and most people are multi-skilled.
Your role will be to operate, set, and program a CNC Lathe manufacturing low volume components to high-quality standards. Ideally, you will display skills in both manual and CNC machining.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Trade qualifications
- CNC Lathe skills
- Knowledge and experience using CAD-CAM software ideal.
Excellent pay rate and a permanent full-time position will be offered to the successful candidate. Can do interviews on Saturdays.
