- Up to $45 per hour plus Super.
This successful and well-respected Designer and manufacturer business has operated for many years. They are a Large to Medium-sized organisation based in the Braeside Suburbs with a Strong customer base who rely on this company for producing quality high-end Propulsion products
This new position will involve machining various parts from mostly low-volume with some high-volume production. You will be operating a CNC Machine - VMC and HMC and pending on skills you may also be setting.
You will report to the workshop manager and work among a team of CNC machinists. Your key responsibilities will include being responsible for specific parts, inspecting parts for defects, and quality control. If you are skilled, you may get involved in programming.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Experience operating a CNC Mill and lathe
- High attention to detail
- Ability to use measuring equipment
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good communication skills.
