We are seeking a self motivated, experienced and reliable CNC Machine Operator with sound experience in the commercial joinery and cabinet making industry.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited too;
- Operating Homag CNC flat bed router, Holzher edge bander and forklift.
- Running cutting programs
- Basic Programming of the CNC
- Stock control and stock distribution.
- Maintain CNC flat bed router and Edge bander
Requirements
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates that can illustrate a number of the following attributes;
- Strong understanding of joinery and assembly techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Great Mechanical Aptitude
- Good Computer Knowledge
- Highly motivated, Pro-active and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have an interest in staying up to date with the latest technologies and an interest in learning CAD & CAM software packages.
- Microvellum experience would be looked at favourable but not essential
