- Experience in Debt Collections and Legal processes to efficiently manage and recover outstanding debts.
- Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in your role, ensuring a positive and proactive approach to debt recovery.
- Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service and maintaining professional relationships.
- Meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the success of the team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the debt recovery process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in Debt Collections and Legal processes is essential.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Track record of meeting and surpassing agreed targets.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with the Magistrates Court debt recovery process is advantageous.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
