The Position:
As a Collections Officer reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Recovering overdue consumer and commercial accounts, particularly those over 60 days past due.
- Negotiating and monitoring payment plans.
- Conducting skip tracing activities when necessary.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to address client concerns.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- At least one year of collections experience within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
