The role:
Our Asset Management Services Team is regarded as a leader in the provision of property management services to some of Australia’s most respected institutional and corporate clients.
Due to our ongoing growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients
- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients
- Preparing and managing budgets and business plans and reporting to clients
- Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation
- Managing capital projects on behalf of the client
Who are we looking for:
- A Property Representative Licence (or willingness to obtain ASAP)
- Experience managing commercial and / or retail properties
- A knowledge of relevant property related legislation
- A customer centric focus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Financial and analytical skills
- A current drivers licence
