We have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities and Asset Manager /Uptime Manager who will be responsible for the protection and enhancement of the OTR business reputation. You will ensure OTR Sites are repaired and maintained to a high standard, which welcome guests and delivers on the promise to 'never close'. This role involves the shared responsibility for providing on-call after hours assistance as required.
The Facilities and Asset Manager / Uptime Manager partners with a region or area to provide proactive support that ensures repairs and maintenance issues are carried out in accordance with agreed uptime policies and costs, and breakdown issues are anticipated whenever possible to ensure contingencies exist.
Your contributions
Being in-field, customer focused, and results driven you will have the ability to build great relationships with store team, internal stakeholders, and external contactors.
Challenging issues, you will approach problems with a continual improvement mindset.
Proactively prioritise work requests, ensuring the scope of works are clear, quotations obtained and works undertaken to a high standard and within SLA, in accordance with the Delegated Authorities Matrix (DAM)
Ensuring all works are undertaken safely in conformance with WHS, NCC and Australian Standard to protect the interests of OTR.
Undertake the rolling program of sites and defects inspections.
Development of asset management plans and cost reductions through undertaking regular inspections, defects inspections, asset register collection and validation
Development of high-level Total Asset Management plans over 5, 10 and 15 years
Assisting in the development of annual OPEX and CAPEX Budgets
Regular review of preventative maintenance plans (PPMs)
Lead contractor and supplier performance management meetings and ensuring we have the appropriate contractors set up for our regions.
Development of Business Case approvals for unbudgeted works.
Responsibility for 'on call' after hours assistance.
Collaborate across functions to drive our competitive advantage.
Any other duties as requested from time to time.

What we are looking for
5 years’ experience in facilities and asset management or senior property management
Experience in retail and commercial property types
Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
Proficient IT skills, including facility management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Outstanding people engagement skills and communications skills
Self-starter with customer focused and a continuous improvement mindset.
Collaborative with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results driven individual.
