Commercial Credit Analyst

The Company:
Our client is a well-established Private Lender specialising in Commercial and Construction Property lending. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Credit Analyst to join their team and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Role Overview:
As the Commercial Credit Analyst within the team operating under a DLA, you will play a vital role in the Credit & Risk function of the business, through evaluating and structuring commercial loan applications up to $20M.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of Commercial Credit Analysis experience.
• Must have held a minimum commercial DLA of $3M.
• Proven experience analysing complex financial information including P&L and cash flow statements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assist with loan settlements and coordination with brokers, lawyers and stakeholders.
