Commercial / Industrial / Residential Sales Estimator

ECO Garage Doors is a Melbourne based Residential, Commercial and Industrial garage door manufacturer with a reputation for quality and delivery. We are located in Dandenong South.

An exceptional opportunity to join our young and progressive team has arisen due to continual growth. This role would suit someone who has an ability to build relationships and help produce the desired outcome for our clients. Working closely with our estimating team.  The role involves around preparing tenders for existing clients and targeting new business in the Industrial, commercial and residential building space. 

The Role

• Ensure timely completion of estimates including take offs and BOQ's.
• Prepare Tender and Cost Analysis for review with Internal Stakeholders.
• Provide clients with project estimates and quotes.
• Proactively communicate with subcontract and materials suppliers to fulfil estimates.
• Must be able to read, understand and execute contract administration.
• Use of construction estimating software to canvas new business and prepare estimates.
• Knowledge of Estimate One, PDF-Xchange, AutoCAD and Aconex, highly regarded.
• Liaising with internal departments when required to secure new business.
• Contribute to sales targets by attending to telephone customers and completing quotations as required.
