The role
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a partner and solicitor on a broad range of commercial matters, including:
- business sales and acquisitions, and joint venture arrangements.
- shareholder agreements.
- commercial leasing.
- commercial contracts including distribution and procurement agreements.
During the day to day you'll get to work with several industry sectors including professional services, real estate, construction, finance and more!
About you
The firm is looking for a 4-7yr PAE lawyer with experience working on commercial and business transactions. You'll also be supported by a solicitor and law clerk, so experience with training is advantageous.
