About the Position
This role will see you providing professional commercial legal advice in areas such as:
- Commercial Property Transactions
- Franchising
- Business Sales and Acquisitions
- Leasing
- Corporate Structuring
- Drafting of Commercial Agreements
- Insolvency and Reconstruction
- Business Succession Planning
Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- At least two years post-admission experience, with recent experience in Commercial Law
- Flexibility in task orientation and ability to prioritise tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate level skills in core Microsoft packages
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Timely and effective communication (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal service skills
