AddressUtilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, performing planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets across Southeast Queensland.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Commercial Lead is integral to the efficient and successful commercial performance of the greater maintenance program. The successful candidate will compile data, presentations and reports to advise on business performance and work alongside of operational teams to influence commercial outcomes. This is a client-focused role within a supportive and collaborative team, based in Eagle Farm.
Key duties include:
- Assist Commercial and Delivery teams with managing commercial relationships across Subcontractors, Clients and Operational Teams.
- Assist Contract Manager in the strategic direction and management of the Head Contract.
- Provide recommendations regarding commercial documents, reports, data and finance.
- Utilise Power BI to general financial, cost and analytical reports to build a stronger understanding of business impacts and build awareness across operational teams.
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or Project Management (highly advantageous)
- Experience managing cost, commercial and financial operations in a construction or maintenance environment.
- High-level interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and drive professional development.
