They are looking for an experienced and qualified Leasing Executive who can join their dynamic team and hit the ground running.
The Role:
- Top-tier commercial & industrial assets.
- Providing service from inception through to negotiations and close-offs across A-Grade CBD & CBD fringe assets
- Business Development
- Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants
- Reviewing lease deals/renewals etc
- Strong network in Commercial & Industrial Property and a keen sense of the latest trends
- Good understanding of Commercial & Industrial concepts, leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
- Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful and strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
