The Position
Incredibly versatile role, which will see you take full control of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency with unlimited earning potential.
The successful applicant will possess;
- A proven commercial and sales background
- A grounding in the wide bay business community
- Experienced in commercial leasing is an advantage
- Current Qld Real Estate Licence
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent knowledge of current legislation
- A thorough understanding of the sales process
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be proactive
- Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- You will have excellent presentation
- You will love working within a team environment, bring a fun and energetic personality
Duties will include;
- Managing your diary, booking appointments, etc
- Preparing proposals and associated documentation
- Coordinating and arranging marketing collateral
- Client management
- Buyer servicing and administration
- Keeping clients updated on developments through the campaign from exchange to settlement (and beyond!)
- Responding to purchaser inquiries and qualifying buyers
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients and buyers
- Laptop and phone provided
