- Reporting, extracting data from our various systems, analyzing it, and presenting your findings in concise dashboards & reports. Primarily you will be collating, enriching, and processing data sources like Market & Sales, CRM and customer interaction data, business performance, and visualizing this information to drive insights-based decision-making and actions.
- Responsible for salesforce territory sizing & design, sales-incentive structure design & calculations, customer interactions reporting data hygiene (in both global and local dashboards), taking charge of business and operational governance reviews with local stake holders, leaders, and international business stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc data analyses to answer complex business questions relating to our marketing capabilities which will require problem solving, data analysis skills and strong business acumen.
- Support local business decision-making, demonstrating strong execution through relative insights to improve commercial effectiveness via robust analysis, project management and tracking.
- Work as a collaborative team member of the local and global Next Generation Customer Engagement teams to standardize and streamline data reporting, drive productivity efficiencies, and ensure data accuracy.
- Transform data to insights to drive our omnichannel customer engagement strategy specifically, right time, right message, right channel communications.
- You will help drive significant business decisions and garner support from the brand teams AND leadership teams (NAPAC and IBU).
