Your new role
As our client continues to expand their ever-growing operations, they are seeking a driven and motivated D&C Project Manager with experience managing the delivery and completion of mid to high rise city builds. As Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of key projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Managing D&C projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed in line with budgets and schedules
Maintaining ongoing communication with key stakeholders
Coordinating with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
Managing, monitoring, and reporting project budget, risks, milestones, and records management
Undertaking site inspections and maintaining HSEQ standards
You should have highly developed planning and resource management skills, with a strong attention to detail, and experience in successfully ensuring site safety and managing risks. Strong interpersonal skills will assist you greatly in this role. The successful candidate will have a track record of strong subcontractor relationships and strong commercial acumen.
